After completing his degree in Engineering Josiah chose to listen to his heart and stay in music. He served as the chief audio producer of one of the biggest television production houses in India before starting his own Channels of Love productions. He has worked on projects for Dr. DGS Dhinakaran, Father Berchmans, PG Music(Band in the Box), BSI, CFBI, Isaac Joe, Freddy Joseph and many others and for clients in several countries.

He was also wrote the script and the music for the short film "The Easter Island story" on environmental awareness by Praveen Chispugg which was rated by the Indo-British council as one of the top 20 short films of the year 2003.
