God gave you your talents capacities and looks and what you have in life is because of his mercies. He chooses in his wisdom to deny senses, talents etc to some, even though He loves them equally. It is not that they merited their suffering nor that I merited to get anything good that I might have.

    I am sure God loves it when I am kind to my neighbour and would not tolerate me being unkind to a fellow human whom he has created and loves as much he loves me.

    I would like to quote Basil the Great who said "You do wrong to everyone you could help, but fail to help." Not everyone can be Mother Teresa but small things we do can change the world and make it a better place to live and to add to it God would surely reward us for it

     You hear this very often "You have only one life to live so enjoy it to its full" well everyone has only one life even the poor child dying of hunger in Africa. Is it not their right to enjoy their one life also.
